About

G Street Integrated Health is a non-profit community health center founded in October 2019 with the goal of providing a fully integrated community health center for all members of Lane County. Covid-19 became a reality for the world shortly thereafter, and despite a global pandemic, G Street has continued to grow.  Our staff sets us apart and is dedicated to our patients and mission. 

We have achieved recognition by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) as a Primary Care Medical Home, as well as the  State of Oregon as a Five Star Patient-Centered Primary Care Medical Home, the highest honor bestowed upon Primary Care clinics meeting strict quality guidelines. Additionally, we are an Oregon Health Authority dually certified Behavioral Health and Outpatient Drug and Alcohol Treatment facility.

G Street is a training facility for physician assistant and nurse practitioner programs including Oregon Health Sciences University, The University of Washington’s MEDEX program, and Rocky Mountain University Health Professions. On a more local level, we precept students in Lane Community College’s Medical Assistant Program. Giving back to the community and training the next generation of medical professionals is yet another way we make a difference every day.
